The Barnet Group is currently seeking to recruit Reablement workers with knowledge of supporting individuals within their own home.
Reablement aims to provide support to people to remain living at home, to achieve maximum independence, and to prevent readmission to hospital.
About Us
The Barnet Group is a local authority trading company (LATC) that was created in February 2012. It is wholly owned by the London Borough of Barnet. Across the Group we employ around 1,000 staff, providing a range of services to people who live in council-owned homes, people who are homeless or facing homelessness, care and support clients from Barnet and other local authorities, and private customers. We are a not-for-profit organisation, which means that any income we generate is reinvested into building and maintaining homes, improving our public services, and supporting communities.
Your Role

Good communication skills, ensuring confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of work
