Early Morning Home Care Support Worker (Female)

To support a young woman, with complex medical needs, in her home to get ready for school in the morning and help at weekends. The hours are from 6.30am -8.30 on weekdays and additional hours at weekends (To be confirmed) This is in the Northolt Area

Your Role

Duties • Providing physical support which include helping with household tasks and personal care. . Monitoring her seizures. • Encouraging and supporting the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests. • Teaching life skills, helping her to get to the school bus on time Essential requirements • Reliable • Compassionate and want to help people regardless of their condition. • Have a desire to improve the lives of vulnerable children and adults • Time management • Enjoy working with people • The ability to make good, positive relationships with people and their families • A high level of patience and emotional resilience • Showing empathy towards everyone

About You

We are looking for a female support worker to support a young woman ,with complex medical needs, in her home to get ready for school in the morning and help at weekends. She has seizures and complex needs so previous experience in these areas is desirable. This will include personal care. The hours are from 6.30am -8.30 on weekdays and additional hours at weekends (To be confirmed) This is an excellent opportunity for a student who wants to earn some additional income before starting university
