Support Worker near N22 (7 mile radius)

As a Support Worker you are responsible and accountable for the delivery of a number of designated services to including the support to individuals and management of resources within the services. The people we support have vulnerabilities and mental health challenges ranging from; Autism, Schizophrenia, Severe Learning Disabilities, OCD, Depression, Anxiety and others

Our ethos is to provide support and nourish growth in our community, we feel that travel and varied activities contribute to this in staff and the people we support (PWS). Therefore, we offer a broad range of activities onsite, including yoga, music and access to our sensory facilities for PWS. We further encourage our community to enjoy hiking, horse-riding, camel riding, water sports, ice skating and more on domestic holidays and during our annual trips abroad.

Your Role

Your working hours will be worked flexibly as part of a team or number of teams including daytime, evening, sleep-in shifts and weekend work. These include a mixture of; Early - 8am to 3pm Late - 3pm to 10pm Sleeping from 10pm to 8am Need to be flexible and work weekends, all staff get one weekend off every 3 weeks 1/4 You may also be required to work across different work locations in a defined local area where this is a requirement of the service. You will undertake on-call duties as required.
