We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Support Worker based in our Learning & Leisure Service, which provide the delivery of fun and engaging clubs and activities for children, young people and adults with learning disabilities, and Autism.

Centre 404 is a friendly, local and thriving charity with an excellent reputation for providing high quality support and services to people with learning disabilities and their families in London.

As a Senior Support Worker at Centre 404, you will be responsible for the delivery of a programme of fun and exciting activities aimed at enhancing the lives, interests and life skills of the people we support. The role will also involve improving the people we supports understanding of how to stay safe and reduce barriers to positive well-being. Activity sessions are typically held at our Centre but also in the local community, such as leisure centres and parks.

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to take on the role so if this sounds like you please get in touch! We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who have experience of working with vulnerable client groups, including people with learning disabilities and autism and of delivering activities for these groups. This role is ideal for anyone looking for a stepping-stone to progress their career within social care, with the aim of developing further knowledge and abilities in care management.
