Your Role
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction:
Greeting and Assisting: Welcoming patients, answering queries, and providing information about the practice.
Appointment Scheduling: Managing appointments, both over the phone and in person, ensuring efficient use of the GP's time.
Administrative Duties:
Record Keeping: Maintaining and updating patient records accurately.
Correspondence: Handling emails, letters, and other communications.
Billing and Payments: Processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing billing inquiries.
Coordination and Support:
Liaison Role: Acting as a bridge between patients and healthcare providers.
Support for Medical Staff: Assisting doctors and nurses with administrative tasks to ensure they can focus on patient care.

- Great telephone and communication skills
- Great organisation skills and attention to details
- IT confident
- Clear DBS (enhanced)
