Your Role

Accountable for the day-to-day running of General Home Care, Palliative, Reablement, Live-In, and Dementia Services. Ensure the delivery of a high-quality, person-centred, and clinically appropriate service. Maintain high performance standards measured through quality, employee, client, service, and financial KPIs. Foster engagement and utilisation among support team members. Oversee the quality of clinical decision-making within the service. Drive the growth and development of managed services, in alignment with company strategy. Directly manage and support Care Managers and their teams. Maintain management/coordination and on-call rotas effectively. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Act as a key contact for HR, Training, Finance, and company directors. ...

About You

Proven management experience in the care sector. Extensive experience working with individuals requiring home care, and with strong Dementia/Palliative experience. Experience in leading a management team. Relevant professional qualification. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others. Effective presentation and negotiation skills. Commitment to continuous learning and development. A proactive, can-do attitude that embraces challenges. Excellent organisational skills with a customer service focus. Ability to handle complaints per policy and procedures. Highly Desirable: Advanced nursing qualification.
