Your role will be to support the adults with their daily lives as well ensure their health and wellbeing is in order, enabling them to live as independently as possible and prepare them for adult life. The goal is to support young persons and young adults leaving care, to be able to live independently. This is a hands-on role without expectation of supervision of other support workers, except when explicitly requested to do so.
