- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their homes or care facilities. - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. - Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals. - Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions. - Perform light housekeeping tasks.

1) Training & Development: We invest in learning and development for all employees –both skills and knowledge to do the role and broader development. There is access to qualifications for different roles. 2)Annual Leave: The basic entitlement for annual leave, excluding public holidays, starts at 25 days per annum rising to 26 days after 5 years’ service and 27 days after 10 years’ service. 3) Occupational Sick Pay(OSP): All permanent and fixed term employees who have passed their probation are entitled to OSP starting at 4 weeks full paying a 12-month rolling period rising based on length of service to a maximum of 8 weeks full pay 8 weeks half pay after 5 years service
