Your Role

- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their homes or care facilities. - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. - Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals. - Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions. - Perform light housekeeping tasks.

- Ability to treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect - Respect for people with different backgrounds and beliefs to your own and who may have a range of medical conditions. Commitment to non-discriminatory care practice - Excellent timekeeper who is organized and reliable - Ability to adapt to change quickly and make common sense decisions at short notice - Good hygiene practice, including personal hygiene and a smart appearance - Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure a high level of professional standards

There is access to qualifications for different roles. 2)Annual Leave: The basic entitlement for annual leave, excluding public holidays, starts at 25 days per annum rising to 26 days after 5 years’ service and 27 days after 10 years’ service. 3) Occupational Sick Pay(OSP): All permanent and fixed term employees who have passed their probation are entitled to OSP starting at 4 weeks full paying a 12-month rolling period rising based on length of service to a maximum of 8 weeks full pay 8 weeks half pay after 5 years service
