Supported Living - Care Manager/Service Manager

Are you a caring, compassionate for people and have experience of working with people with LD/Autism/MH, as a Care Manager? Do you have appetite to transform lives to enable living in the community? Then, we are looking to recruit individuals who have aspiration to work within the supported living environment and have at least 1 year plus experience of working as a care manager and have experience of working with people with challenging behaviours / LD/ Autism and/or MH. We provide a comprehensive formal training and adequate support to enable best care to our clientele. We expect you to be passionate, dedicated and empathetic to people you care.

We have a very high reputation for care quality and our current range of services includes: Supported Living for LD and Autism cohort. We have been serving in London Borough of Hounslow, Surrey, and London Borough of Ealing for 4.5 years. We are passionate about what we do and have a great appetite for growth. As part our plan, we are now delivering Supported Living services in London Borough of Barnet. We have a small but highly effective management and support structure which includes Multi-Disciplinary Advisory Board Members, which includes a GP, Consultant Psychiatrist, Clinical Psychologist, LD/MH Nurse and a Social Worker. This role is for someone who wants to work with a new and dynamic organisation and is prepared to adapt and develop with the team and who has a great appetite to grow.

Your Role

Requirements: ●Excellent organisational and time-management skills ●Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills ●Attention to detail and problem-solving skills ●A self-starter, able to work on own initiative ●Knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel ●A friendly people-person with a positive can-do attitude and inspiring towards colleagues ●The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure ●Good team-working skills ●Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
