We are looking for proactive, positive, and professional people with experience in demanding settings to join our Sessional Specialist Positive Behaviour Support team as bank staff, and help minimise risk and maximise choice for the people we support.

We are Centre 404; a friendly, local and thriving charity with an excellent reputation for providing high quality support and services to people with learning disabilities and their families in North London areas.

We have exciting opportunities to work in our individually tailored positive behaviour support services for people with varied needs who may have autism, learning disabilities and complex behaviours. The duties will be varied and no two days will be the same.

We are looking for caring and compassionate staff to empower the individual with making meaningful choices, accessing the community for rewarding activities, and build lasting relationships.
