We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, organised and approachable individual to join our Supporting Families Team in working with parents/family carers of children and young people with learning disabilities and/or Autism.

Centre 404 is a friendly, local and thriving charity with an excellent reputation for providing high quality support and services to people with learning disabilities and their families in North London.

The role involves facilitating groups and workshops for parents and family carers as well as assisting with the administration and evaluation of the service.

We are looking for someone with a can do attitude who can demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to the role and who will bring a flexible and positive approach to developing this vital area of work. Strong interpersonal and organisational skills are essential. Ideal candidates will also have some experience of delivering group work and positive outcomes to vulnerable client groups.

Centre 404 is dedicated to staff development and supervision and we will provide a detailed induction and on-going training and support. We are also committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults at risk and we are looking to recruit people who share these values. All offers of employment are subject to an enhanced DBS check, proof of eligibility to work in the UK and two satisfactory references.
