To participate in the provision of on the job training To liaise with placement teams/social workers/Healthcare professionals/care managers in relation to changes in service user circumstances, condition or needs, example -sending referrals for on behalf of clients for other services or request for equipment. To carry out service user annual reassessments review including those requiring other professional inputs and external agencies. To report all comments, complaints and compliments to the Quality/Training Manager and the Office Care Co-ordinator as soon as they are received
