Activities Coordinator – Camden Floating Support

Are you looking for a rewarding role with great autonomy to plan and implement stimulating and engaging activities, all designed to meet the individual needs of the people we support? We may have just the role for you! We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about delivering excellent quality activities, has a positive attitude to managing a varied workload, willing to learn and develop new skills, and the ability to work positively as part of a team or on their own.

About Us

Centre 404 is a prominent and successful charity that offers friendly, reliable and person centred support to people with learning disabilities, autism and their families. We currently operate across 6 London Boroughs.

Your Role

The role of the Activities Coordinator is to help complement existing support by providing meaningful and fun activities for our service users. This includes supporting a diverse range of service users with both leisure and occupational activities. You will be involved in developing and implementing a range of creative new activity groups focusing on social interaction, learning and general wellbeing for service users with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and reducing reliance on 1:1 support. Alongside this, you will also have a caseload of your own service users to provide support, to enable them to become valued and participating members of the community in which they live, by achieving maximum independence and integration.

About You
