We have a fantastic new opportunity for a highly organised and solution focused professional to join our Central Service as HR Assistant, to support with the delivery of high quality and efficient HR functions across the organisation.

Centre 404 is a friendly, local and thriving charity with an excellent reputation for providing high quality support and services to people with learning disabilities and their families in North London.

The post holder will be involved in the following key areas: • Coordinating a busy ER case work load for an organisation of approximately 250 staff • Develop, lead and monitor a successful staff engagement initiatives and programmes, for current, prospective and alumni staff • Provide a high level of support and administration for our wider HR activities This is an excellent opportunity to take on a varied, creative role and to develop existing HR skills within a busy and supportive environment.

We are looking for someone who is proactive and enthusiastic about delivering quality functions and able to effectively balance multiple demands. They will also be confident and approachable, with the ability to handle personnel queries sensitively and constructively. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent standards of written and verbal communication, including handling effective professional boundaries and relationships and engaging with people at all levels.

Centre 404 is dedicated to staff development and supervision and we will provide a detailed induction and on-going training and support.
