Key Responsibilities: As a Neurodevelopmental Support Worker, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our clients. Your duties will include: Assisting with meal preparation Supporting individuals with household tasks and upkeep Administering medication Facilitating community engagement and participation Accompanying individuals on shopping trips and outings Coordinating and attending medical appointments Collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams

Eligibility Criteria: ✅Minimum 3 months’ work experience with learning disabilities and autism is a strong advantage ✅The ability to connect professionally and empathetically with elderly or disabled clients, even in challenging situations. ✅Cultivate a positive and supportive environment that promotes independence and well-being ✅An understanding of the needs of individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders who are vulnerable within society. ✅Ability to administer medications, making a meaningful difference in their health journey. ✅Ability to help with grocery chopping and meal preparation based on clients’ preferences and needs. ✅Knowledge of food hygiene, manual handling, and he
