Your Role
Key Responsibilities
1. Care Delivery (20 Hours)
Deliver personal care and support in line with individual care plans
Assist with medication administration where required
Support clients with daily living activities (e.g. personal hygiene, meals, mobility)
Promote independence, dignity, and choice at all times
Accurately complete care records and documentation
Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or wellbeing
Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control procedures
2. Care Coordination (20 Hours
Desirable:
Previous experience in care coordination or scheduling
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Other Requirements
Full UK driving licence preferred and access to a vehicle
Willingness to work flexibly, incl some evenings/weekend
About You
Essential:
Experience as a Senior Care Assistant or similar role
Good understanding of care standards and regulations (e.g. CQC)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Competent in using IT systems and care software
Flexible and reliable
Desirable:
Previous experience in care coordination or scheduling
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
