As a Support Worker, you'll receive specialised training and have the unique opportunity to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including clinical psychologists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and rehabilitation clinicians. Whether you're seeking full-time or part-time positions, we would ideally require a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week, with a minimum of 3-hour visits per client to ensure the highest level of care.

Your Role

As Support Worker is pivotal in shaping the lives of those we support. You will: Leverage your previous experience with brain injury and Learning Disability clients to offer invaluable insights. Provide personalised one-on-one support within the comfort of the clients' homes. Foster a nurturing and positive environment that encourages independence and overall well-being. Prioritise client safety and well-being as your utmost responsibility. Maintain meticulous records and documentation, ensuring the highest standard of care.

About You

✅Minimum 3 months experience working with clients with traumatic brain injuries, acquired brain injuries, Learning Disabilities, Motor Neurone Disease, Huntington's Disease, or Multiple Sclerosis is highly desirable. ✅Cultivate a positive and supportive environment that promotes independence and well-being ✅An understanding of the needs of individuals with learning disabilities or brain injuries who are vulnerable within society. ✅Ability to administer medications, making a meaningful difference in their health journey. ✅Ability to help with grocery chopping and meal preparation based on clients' preferences and needs. ✅Knowledge of food hygiene, manual handling, and health & safety sta
