Your Role

Your role as a Support Worker is pivotal in shaping the lives of those we support. You will: Leverage your previous experience with brain injury clients to offer invaluable insights. Provide personalized one-on-one support within the comfort of the clients' homes. Foster a nurturing and positive environment that encourages independence and overall well-being. Prioritise client safety and well-being as your utmost responsibility. Maintain meticulous records and documentation, ensuring the highest standard of care.

About You

We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and emotionally intelligent support worker to assist a young female client recovering from a brain injury sustained in a road traffic accident. Following a 2.5-year period in a semi-vegetative state, the client has made remarkable progress over the past four years and is now actively out and about, engaging in a wide range of activities, though she continues to live with significant physical and cognitive challenges. Strong, bubbly, and upbeat in personality Calm and grounded under pressure Adaptable and able to manage unpredictable situations with empathy and professionalism Experienced in complex care, particularly with cognitive or neurologica
