Brain Injury Support Worker

SweetTree is looking for a Brain Injury Support Worker with an understanding of individuals who have acquired brain injuries, mental health conditions, or a background in fields like Psychology, Neuroscience, Social Work, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or other health and social care related disciplines.

Your Role

As Support Worker is pivotal in shaping the lives of those we support. You will: Leverage your previous experience with brain injury clients to offer invaluable insights. Provide personalized one-on-one support within the comfort of the clients' homes. Foster a nurturing and positive environment that encourages independence and overall well-being. Prioritise client safety and well-being as your utmost responsibility. Maintain meticulous records and documentation, ensuring the highest standard of care.

About You

As a Brain Injury Support Worker, you'll receive specialised training and have the unique opportunity to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including clinical psychologists, occupational therapists, speech & language therapists, and rehabilitation clinicians. Whether you're seeking full-time or part-time positions, we would ideally require a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week, with a minimum of 3-hour visits per client to ensure the highest level of care.
