We are offering up to £650 to care assistants and cooks who join our team. No previous experience or qualifications are required as our friendly team are happy to train you and help you gain qualifications while working.

Autumn Gardens is a nursing and residential care home located in Southgate, with 85 light and airy rooms with en-suite facilities. We have a beautiful garden, with a protected walkway for our residents to take a stroll. Autumn Gardens has a spacious dining area and three lounges – Olive, Jasmine and Rose – offering residents choice while at the Home. Autumn Gardens offers nursing care, residential care, dementia care and palliative care. We have full and part-time vacancies for carers to start immediately (hours include mornings, evenings and weekends). Care experience is not essential as we offer an in-house induction training programme and you will be fully supported by our experienced team. You will be responsible for supporting our resident with activities of daily living e.g. assisting with personal care, assisting during mealtimes, supporting with incontinence care or leisure activities.
