Our Learning and Leisure Service runs an amazing programme of fun and educational opportunities for Children and Adults with Learning Disabilities. We provide a Day Opportunities Service throughout the year Monday through to Friday, after schools clubs running during term times, later evening adults clubs, weekend clubs and we also run a range of Play Schemes provisions out of school term time for children and young people across North London. If you have a D1 allowance on your driving license and are able to drive a minibus or have a D1 allowance and are willing to do a short course to be able to then we would like to hear from you!

Centre 404 is a charity that offers friendly, reliable and person-centred support to people with a learning disability, Autism and their families in London. Centre 404 is working towards a world where people with learning disabilities, Autism and their families have the support they need to enjoy the same rights, freedom, responsibilities, choices and quality of life as people within the wider community.

We are looking for a Bank Minibus Driver & Support Worker to join the team at Centre 404 and play an instrumental role in ensuring the safe travel of the people who use our services to the various clubs and activity groups we run throughout the week.

We are looking for someone who has a lively and pro-active attitude to work and in return, we can offer you a range of training and development opportunities. Please note, you must have a D1 allowance on your licence to be considered for this role.

Centre 404 is dedicated to staff development and supervision and we will provide a detailed induction and on-going training and support. We are also committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults at risk and we are looking to recruit people who share these values. All offers of employment are subject to an enhanced DBS check, proof of eligibility to work in the UK and two satisfactory references.
