Your Role

Available hours are Tuesdays 5.15pm - 7.45pm and Saturdays 10.30am - 1.30pm. Other hours are also available with other clients Key skills include: Previous experience as a support worker, supporting clients with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Challenging Behaviour or Complex Needs (preferably six months) Outgoing and bubbly personality. Students or graduates of Psychology, Social Work, SEN Education or any healthcare related subjects are welcome!

The ideal candidate should have experience of working with individuals who can present with challenging behaviours and Autism and should show a strong awareness of managing behaviours and risk.
