The tasks you may be carrying out depend on the client’s personal needs, supporting our client to get out and about and most importantly, making a positive impact on our client’s life. Fixed hour contracts (20 – 30 hours) may be available for the successful support workers.

We are currently recruiting passionate individuals to join SweetTree’s CQC Outstanding rated team, to work as a dementia care assistant and support our clients around various areas in London.
