We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated person who is committed to delivering quality services, to manage a Positive Behaviour Support project for a young man with autism, mild learning disabilities and complex behaviours, who moved to his own home for the first time 15 months ago.

Centre 404 is a friendly, local and thriving charity with an excellent reputation for providing high quality services to children and adults with learning disabilities and their families, in North London.

As Project Manager, you will get to coordinate and provide excellent, consistent person centred care and support for the tenant in all areas of day-to-day living, enabling him to live independently, develop new interests and attend exciting activities!

The ideal candidate will have the ability to respond cheerfully and keep a calm and low tone of voice in any emergency or adverse situations. Leading a team to maintain guidelines, positive communication and proactively respond to risk behaviours will also be essential.
