Better Leisure centres offer a discounted Senior Membership for those aged 66 and over. Centres in Camden have a Better Seniors programme, with a timetable of activities including free swimming for those over 60. Find information on each centre's website:
Home-based exercise
Doing exercise in your own home is a great way of moving more without having to go out. You can fit these exercises in between your everyday tasks and pause them whenever you need to:
