Our Parks has classes for all abilities, each one with a description of the class to help you choose one suitable for you. They have classes for families and individuals, as well as their Couch to Fitness 9-week programmes for exercising at home as beginner. Their Couch to Bhangra a 4-week dance workout programme that you can do from your own home.
