If you employ, or are, a registered nurse in social care, this development programme is a great opportunity, as one previous attendee agrees, “This course has been a journey of self-awareness and increased my confidence as a leader - would recommend to anyone”.
It’s a five day programme which takes place over a number of months and is a great opportunity for a registered nurse to develop their leadership skills.
Participants will develop their leadership approach in situations such as:
- working across professional, organisational and system boundaries
- developing and implementing new practice and service redesign projects
- using high-level negotiating and influencing skills
- taking the lead in contexts that are unfamiliar, complex and unpredictable.
You don’t have to just take our word for it that this is a fantastic programme, you can watch a short video that gives you a great idea of what the programme is about. We hear from those who run it, those who have been on it and what they thought about it.
